After 30 years we figured it is time to celebrate! What started out as a bunch of friends from high school
playing music in a garage has continued for three decades. Along the way, many memories and
friendships have developed and we want you to help us celebrate. We would like to invite everyone to
our 30th Anniversary Party and Fund Raiser. We are planning a great night of music, memories and fun.
The night includes dinner, an open bar, raffles and side boards, prizes, music and dancing. The master of
ceremonies will be our good friend Terry Mulroy - writer, comedian and contributing producer of the Drew
Carey Show, According to Jim and several other comedy series.
The party is a fund raiser for the Northern Ohio Hemophilia Foundation in memory of our good friend and
fellow musician, Rob Vincent. Rob was a founding member of the band and fought a brave battle against
hemophilia. He past away in July, 1996. In addition, Al Lazar, the father of bass player Joe Lazar passed
away from Hemophilia. The band will also make a donation to Share A Vision, which supports children
with autism.
The party will be held on February 28, 2009 at the Croatian Lodge located at 34900 Lake Shore Blvd. in
Eastlake (on the corner of Route 91 (SOM Center Road) and Lake Shore Blvd.) Tickets are $50.00 per
person and include dinner an open bar and entertainment. Preferred seating is $45.00 per person when
reserving a table of eight or ten.
There is limited seating for this one-time event. Tickets are being sold on a first-come basis. If you plan
on attending, please download and print the reservation form below. Fill out all details and mail it back
to us with your check for the total amount as soon as possible. We need all reservations with full
payments no later than February 26, 2009. Sorry, there will be no refunds for cancelled reservations -

Update - The deadline to purchase and pay for reservations has been extended to
Wednesday, February 25, 2009 (payment must be received by the 26th). The party promises to be
the social event of the year! We are getting close to a sell out and there are a limited amount of seats
left available. Get your reservation order & payment sent in by February 26th. No tickets will be sold at
the door. Doors open at 6:00PM on February 28th.
